I had this blog sitting out in blog land and never did anything with it and today I wanted to keep track of my detox so I thought I would use it. It is basically just for me...
Decaf coffee with agave and coconut non dairy creamer - I did have to have make a concession and have creamer for my coffee...
Made lemon mint water.
Smoothie 1 cup blueberries, 1/2 c pomagrante juice, splash of OJ
Off to the gym for ShaBam
Oh boy stepped on the scale - not pleased with myself - 250 - yikes never been there before...
Went to gym ran / walked 2.5 miles
Lunch avacado, tomato salad
Snack wasabi trail mix, iced coffee
Dinner Veggies - lots and lots of veggies cabbage, onion, squash, spinach
Suprisingly no caffiene headaches
